The 8th NAOTA Conference in Clemson, South Carolina was a success. At right Assist. Prof. Nishi leads a three day workshop, with Grandmaster Ingrid Luders assisting.
Participants thanked Co-Chairs Judy Melton and Sibbie Wilson, and president of Southeastern U. S. chapter, Diane Harker, as well as all workshop helpers to make the conference the outstanding.
Demonstration and workshop arrangements
Free style arrangement created by Assistant Prof. Nishi. Materials are proteas, agapanthus and snap dragons. Landscape arrangement with realistic style. This is a near view and depicted spring scenery Large Rimpa arrangement used various kind of hydrangeas. Assistnt prof. Nishi created an arrangement with georgeous nandina. Large landscape arrangement in three oval containers. Dynamic Hanamai arrangement made by Assistant Prof. Nishi at the demonstration. Advance Hana_Isho, one row style with bells of Irelands, violet alliums, foxtail ferns, yellow tulips and gypsophila. Rimpa style arrangement created in the workshop. Materials are hydrangeas, white lilies, host leaves and curled fern fronds. Basic Hana_Isho, inclining form arrangement with ruskus branches, bi-color tulips, white gypsophila. Heika, Upright style arrangement. Materials are liatris, pink roses which is called Sweet Akito and gypsophila.
