The 18th NAOTA Conference will be held from June 9 through 12, 2019. Associate professor Ami Kudo from our Headquarters in Tokyo will be our workshop instructor. As you may know she is a daughter of Professor Kazuhiko Kudo.

On the first day of the conference, Associate Prof. Kudo is scheduled to give a special demonstration at Morton Arboretum.

The North American Ohara Teachers Association (NAOTA) was founded in January 2001 in order to promoto the Ohara School of Ikebana.

We share ideas, techniques, and related information on Ikebana and Japanese art. We host a conference annually that is given by either Ohara professors visiting from Japan or the Grand Masters of NAOTA.
